Description
* Manage the team’s incidents queue and action all incidents within the given SLA
* Provide on-site executive support for site leadership
* Support on-site and virtual events hosted in region - support the setup and preparation towards the event
* Work as part of an EMEIA team that actions incidents remotely at all client sites across the region
* Support client site services such as printing, digital signage, conferencing booking systems, and more
Key Qualifications
* Technical support experience with MacOS/iOS products and services
* Preliminary knowledge in supporting live and virtual events, broadcast, WebEx, etc.
* English-language oral and written communication skills
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Desire and ability to work as part of a team; and, be able to deliver constructive feedback
* Self-motivating with the ability to work independently and with little supervision
* Stay abreast of advances in technology
