About the Role:
* Serve as a key support to the Store Manager, contributing to day-to-day operations and team management
* Increase sales performance through delivering exceptional customer service and effective KPI management strategies
* Model strong leadership skills on the shop floor, engaging with customers and motivating colleagues
* Assist with staff development, training, and performance evaluations
* Oversee stock control, visual merchandising, and store standards to maintain a high-quality retail environment
Your Skills and Experience:
* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in an Assistant Manager or senior supervisory position, preferably within the fashion industry
* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
* A confident leader with excellent communication and coaching abilities
* Organized, commercially aware, and able to work efficiently under pressure
* A positive attitude and passion for retail
