We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team in Clonakilty, Co. Cork. This role is pivotal in the smooth functioning of our operations, providing essential support to electricians and management with scheduling, invoicing, documentation, and customer communication.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
* Manage job scheduling, calendars, and coordination with the electrical team
* Prepare invoices, quotations, and maintain accurate records
* Assist with grant applications and compliance documentation
* Support management with general office administration
* Handle correspondence and maintain organized filing systems
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless project delivery
* Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
* Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, etc.)
* Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in the electrical/renewable energy sector (an asset but not essential)
