Role OverviewThe Maintenance Operative will be responsible for maintaining thebuildings, grounds, equipment and facilitiesto a high standard, ensuring safety, comfort and wellbeing for all residents, staff and visitors.This role requires flexibility, with the successful candidate working any5 days over a 7‑day rota.
