Job Title: Health and Safety Professional
We are seeking a dedicated professional to spearhead our health, safety, and quality initiatives.
1. Health & Safety:
* Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and engineer activities meet all necessary standards.
* Manage H&S documentation, including customer requests, training records, risk assessments, and emergency procedures.
* Lead on incident reporting and follow-ups to drive continuous improvement.
* Monitor compliance with all relevant legislation and support managers in maintaining required documentation.
2. Training Management:
* Oversight of the company's health and safety training program, ensuring expirations are tracked, renewals scheduled, and team members remain compliant.
3. Quality Assurance:
* Support quality-related activities within the organization.
* Maintenance of QMS documentation and assistance in preparation for certifications.
4. Operational Support:
* Daily collaboration with the Field Service Manager, HQ teams internationally, and colleagues across the business.
* Management of ad-hoc tasks such as ordering workwear and supporting administrative processes.
* Ensuring all policies, procedures, and templates remain current and correctly controlled.
