Manage client accounts by providing temporary staffing solutions, ensuring quality and timely delivery while building and maintaining strong client relationships with high service standards. Actively develop new business opportunities, negotiate terms, and oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, selection, and placement. Support sales activities such as candidate profile selling and client development, and assist with workforce management at a local level.
Recruitment Sourcer Responsibilities:
Execute effective sourcing activities to identify suitable candidates.
Analyse the candidate database and identify target candidates.
Write job announcements and utilise online sourcing channels.
Maintain and update the Candidate Database regularly.
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess suitability.
Identify and contact matching candidates based on client requirements.
Engage with candidates positively and propose matching job opportunities.
Prepare detailed candidate profiles and submit them to recruitment consultants in branches.Recruitment Sourcer Skills:
Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills.
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online sourcing channels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Skilled in conducting candidate screenings and matching profiles to job requirements.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities.
Knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with candidates and team members.
