The client –
Our client, a long established small firm located in Dublin City requires a conveyancing solicitor with one/ two years PQE to work directly alongside a partner.
Role responsibilities –
The core responsibilities of the position will be –
1. Residential and commercial conveyancing;
2. Commercial leases;
3. Landlord and tenant issues (Commercial and residential)
4. Title investigation and rectification;
5. Drafting and negotiating banking and security documentation
6. Some experience of Probate is advantageous but not essential
Candidate Profile –
7. Qualified Solicitor experienced working in residential and commercial conveyancing
8. Ability to handle a number of high volume conveyancing files
9. Strong communication skills
