Role Summary
This key position involves overseeing the development and delivery of training initiatives to enhance workforce capability and align with business objectives.
Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting an annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with department managers. You will also maintain and regularly update the company Training Matrix, develop and implement the annual Training & Development Plan, and coordinate external and in-house training activities, including statutory and compliance training.
Skill Requirements:
* A relevant HR, Training, or Learning & Development qualification is required.
* You should have strong administrative and IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and HRIS or training systems.
* A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information is essential.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities are required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach, are necessary.
* Experience managing training databases or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is desirable.
* Good knowledge of Irish training supports and funding schemes/partners is advantageous.
