We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to lead our estimating function. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate, competitive, and financially efficient tenders for projects nationwide.
The Role: ----------------------------------- You will lead and manage the estimating process for structural steel and cladding projects, prepare detailed tenders, cost estimates, and bills of quantities. You will build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and industry stakeholders while negotiating competitive supplier and subcontractor pricing to ensure financial efficiency.
