We pride ourselves on our dedication to excellence and our passionate team members who make it all possible.Job Summary:As the Night Manager at The Twelve hotel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night hours. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's night operations, including guest services, security, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a keen attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Manage the night shift operations of the hotel, including front desk activities, guest check-ins/check-outs, and responding to guest inquiries and requests.Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises and guests by monitoring surveillance systems, patrolling the property, and addressing any security issues or concerns.Handle any guest complaints or emergencies that may arise during the night, taking appropriate action to resolve issues and maintain guest satisfaction.Conduct nightly audits and reports, including balancing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing daily summaries for management review.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination between shifts, addressing any operational issues or concerns as they arise.Qualifications:Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and staff members from diverse backgrounds.Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional service.Proficiency in hotel management software systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and cover letter to Please include "Night Manager Application" in the subject line of your email.
