A valid VNA licence is essential, as regular forklift operation is a key part of the job.

Responsibilities Operate the VNA confidently and safely as part of daily warehouse operations Pick and pack orders for outbound shipping Unload incoming trucks and trailers efficiently, ensuring all goods are handled safely Verify manifests, delivery notes and incoming stock with accuracy and attention to detail Move, organise and store products throughout the warehouse to maintain a smoother workflow.
Ensure all stock is managed, handled and stored to the correct standards Carry out general warehouse tasks as needed to support overall operations Keep work areas clean, tidy and in line with health and safety requirements Communicate clearly with supervisors and the operations team to keep everything running seamlessly Requirements Valid VNA licence.
Experience working in an FMCG environment Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
Strong attention to detail for checking manifests and stock.
Ability to work efficiently within a busy warehouse environment.
Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented approach.
Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work independently.
