We are looking for proactive and highly organized office administrator to join our team in Meath.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support for smooth day-to-day office operations.
Assist the Managing Director with scheduling, correspondence, and ad hoc tasks.
Coordinate the delivery of insulation and energy efficiency upgrade projects.
Prepare and manage documentation related to quotes and SEAI grant applications.
Communicate with site teams to ensure efficient project execution.
Make informed decisions in the absence of senior management.
Handle purchasing of office and site supplies as needed.
Respond to phone and email inquiries professionally and promptly.
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
Experience in the construction, engineering, or related industries is advantageous.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
High level of accuracy and keen attention to detail.
Confident using a variety of business software tools and data entry systems.
Professional, approachable, and enthusiastic with a team-oriented mindset.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
