* The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with a cost consultancy firm, managing and delivering projects through all stages of construction.
* They will report directly to a Director and assist in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
* The successful applicant must possess strong commercial acumen and be well-versed in current industry regulations.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing cost plans and budget estimates
2. Preparing Bills of Quantities
3. Reviewing and evaluating tenders
4. Negotiating and agreeing on variations
5. Providing cost reports
6. Managing final account settlements

Requirements:
* Third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
* Eight+ years QS experience in Ireland/UK (consultancy)
* Preferably hold professional membership to SCSI
* Valid working rights within Ireland/EU
