Your new role
As a Site Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Supervising and coordinating site activities to ensure project milestones are met.
2. Conducting site inspections and quality control checks.
3. Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
4. Preparing and maintaining project documentation and reports.
5. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
6. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during construction
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
7. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
8. Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
9. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
10. Excellent organisational and project management skills.
11. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
