Job Title: HR Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to support our Human Resources team. As an HR Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update employee records and data.
* Monitor employee absences and leave requests.
* Review and process timesheets.
* Prepare payroll files for processing.
* Assist in updating and distributing company announcements.
* Support the recruitment and selection process, including posting job vacancies, sourcing candidates, screening and tracking applications, scheduling and conducting interviews, conducting pre-employment checks (e.g., references, medicals), and preparing employment offers and contracts.
* Facilitate pre-boarding and onboarding for new hires.
* Provide general administrative support for the HR department.
* Assist with various HR-related projects and tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A degree in Human Resource Management or a business-related field is preferred or currently studying towards one graduates are welcome.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
* Familiarity with other HR systems is an advantage.
* Knowledge of Irish employment law is a plus.
