TheF&B Managerreports to senior management and will be instrumental in elevating guest dining experiences. Key Responsibilities Oversee all Food & Beverage operations across multiple outletsincluding restaurant, bar, lounge, and event catering. Develop menus featuring fresh, local Irish produce. The Food and Beverage Manager will manage budgeting, cost control (food, beverage, labour), and revenue enhancement strategies. Implement and maintain high standards through effective SOPs and staff training. Maintain strict compliance with health & safety, HACCP, and licensing regulations. The Food and Beverage Manager will build strong relationships with local suppliers to source premium and seasonal ingredients. Monitor guest feedback, acting proactively to refine service and uphold a premium experience. Requirements Proven F&B management experience. Strong financial acumen with experience in cost and inventory management. Excellent leadership and team development capabilities. Passion for crafting exceptional guest dining in a relaxed yet refined coastal setting. Knowledge of health & safety and food compliance, with a collaborative mindset across departments.
