Our US-based client is looking for a strong, reliable Part-Time Executive Assistant based in Colombia to provide day-to-day administrative and executive support.
This role requires someone who is bubbly, proactive, highly organized, and tech-savvy, with proven experience supporting US-based executives. You will be responsible for managing inboxes and calendars, coordinating tasks, supporting billing workflows, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and organizing executive email inboxes (prioritization, follow-ups, drafting responses)
* Calendar management and scheduling using Calendly
* Coordinating tasks and projects using Asana
* Supporting billing and invoicing processes (tracking, follow-ups, basic admin support)
* Managing reminders, deadlines, and task accountability
* Assisting with general administrative and operational tasks
* Using AI tools to improve efficiency, organization, and communication
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience supporting US-based clients in an EA or administrative role
* Based in Colombia only (bilingual LATAM role)
* Fluent English (spoken and written); Spanish required
* Strong calendar and inbox management experience
* Hands-on experience with Calendly, Asana, and productivity tools
* Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) for admin support
* Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Positive, energetic, and professional communication style
