Brian Geary Toyota are hiring a Service Advisor for our Raheen, Limerick location.
The ideal candidate will have previous professional experience in a front of house / customer service type role and wishes to be part of a team driven to provide excellent customer service to clients.
Key duties and responsibilities to include:
Customer facing role dealing with all aspects of a busy aftersales department
Efficiently process high volumes of telephone enquiries
Contact potential and existing customers to schedule service appointments
Accurately record and input customer correspondence into Databases
Organise the logistics around service requirements
Deal with any issues and communications within the agreed policy and guidelines
Direct queries or potential sales to the correct department, if required
Undertake any ad hoc duties which may be required from time to time
Candidate requirements:
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with a strong focus on customer care and customer retention
Will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and results-orientated
An outgoing and friendly manner is essential
Will have excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Have the ability to work under time pressure and meet agreed deadlines
Be computer literate with excellent organisational skills
Previous customer facing experience required, with previous motor industry experience an advantage
Be able to work in a busy environment while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction
