The role offers excellent exposure to management accounting, manufacturing finance, and cross-functional business support.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport monthly accounts preparation, KPIs, journals, and variance analysis.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and year-end audit prep.Maintain product costings, analyse production variances, and support cost-improvement projects.Help with stock takes, reconciliations, and inventory valuation.Support AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and workflow improvements.Provide financial insights to production, logistics, procurement, and commercial teams.About YouEssential:Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant.1–3 years' accounting experience.Strong Excel and analytical skills.Desirable:Experience in agri-food, manufacturing, or FMCG.Knowledge of cost accounting and stock control.Personal Qualities:Detail-focused, reliable, proactive, and a strong communicator with good teamwork skills.Training & DevelopmentFull on-the-job training provided, with support for continued professional development.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Company pensionEmployee assistance programWork authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
