Job Description
We are looking for an ADC Process Scientist to join our team in Ballytivnan, Sligo. This is a permanent position reporting directly to the Technical Operations Manager.
In this role, you will have a direct impact on patients' lives while bringing groundbreaking new products to market. This is an onsite role.
What you will do:
Assisting in the development of the manufacturing process for new products.
Providing operational technical support for process related issue resolution.
Performing gap analysis, facility fit studies, process safety and risk analysis for ADC.
Monitoring and analysis of process data during the manufacturing.
Preparation and updating of specifications related to ADC materials and consumables.
Lead and/or assist risk assessments (e.g., PFMEA, EHS).
Development of ADC related documents e.g., Transfer Plans/Protocols/Procedures/Manufacturing Batch Records.
Working closely with global science and quality teams, on the process development of suitable future products for AbbVie.
Assisting and/or leading product and process related investigation and change plans.
Supporting, supervising, and training operations personnel for ADC processes.
Qualifications
Minimum Masters qualification in the relevant discipline.
5 years’ experience in a Pharma/ Bio Pharma environment.
Experience with ADC, API or Biologics.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work across multiple different departments.
