This is a long-established, growing business with a strong reputation and a highly skilled workforce. They are now looking to appoint an experienced and hands-on IT Manager to lead their technology function and support continued business growth and digital transformation. The Role: This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for driving IT strategy, overseeing infrastructure and systems, and ensuring secure, reliable and scalable technology operations. Youll manage the IT team, lead technical projects, and implement modern solutions that support efficiency and operational excellence across the organisation. Youll also play a central part in process automation, systems integration and ISO 27001 compliance, helping the business maintain high standards and evolve with new technologies. What Youll Be Doing: Leading and supporting a small IT team to deliver quality technical services across the business Overseeing the installation, maintenance and monitoring of hardware, software, networks and cloud services Managing and delivering IT projects including upgrades, migrations and new system rollouts Ensuring continued compliance with ISO 27001 standards Designing and implementing workflow automation using Power Automate or similar tools Managing IT budgets, supplier relationships and procurement Training staff on cybersecurity and best practice usage of systems About You Wed love to speak to people who have: Proven experience as an IT Manager or technical team lead Experience across infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and M365 services Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 compliance and security frameworks Experience with cloud platforms, telecoms / VOIP and CRM / job management systems Experience designing / supporting workflow automation (Power Automate or similar) This is advantageous.
