Conduct Risk Officer

* Identifying, assessing and managing conduct risks across the business
The Conduct Risk Officer will support embedding of Consumer Duty using data to review fair value, consumer understanding and outcomes.
* Designing monitoring reporting assurance activity
The officer will build strong working relationships with Compliance, Risk Complaints Underwriting Claims teams turning insight into clear practical guidance for first-line teams.
