Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Overview of Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to fill the position of Supply Chain Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of our company's supply chain processes.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
* Strategic Procurement & Sourcing:
o Lead sourcing, selection, and negotiation with critical domestic and international vendors for specialized components.
o Develop and implement robust sourcing strategies to reduce component cost, improve lead times, and secure long-term agreements.
* Inventory & Materials Planning (S&OP):
o Implement and manage a scalable Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align production forecasts with material availability.
o Control inventory levels (raw materials, WIP, finished goods) to optimize working capital and minimize obsolescence risk.
* Logistics & Compliance:
o Oversee all inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely delivery to manufacturing sites and customers globally.
o Ensure strict compliance with all relevant export/import controls, customs regulations, and trade compliance requirements.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Materials Planning, ideally within the aerospace, medical device, or high-tech manufacturing sectors.
* Proven experience in managing complex, global supply chains with long lead times and high quality standards.
* Strong commercial negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to secure cost-down agreements.
