Our client is a leading charitable foundation is seeking a motivated
Administrative Assistant
to join their
Donor Care Team
. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a well-established non-profit organisation that supports a wide range of healthcare and social care services across Ireland, the UK, and beyond.
About the Role
As part of the Donor Care Team, you will play a key role in supporting fundraising and donor engagement activities. You'll provide administrative and customer service support to ensure an excellent experience for donors and stakeholders, and help maintain accurate records across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and record donations and campaign responses (postal and digital).
* Respond promptly and professionally to donor queries.
* Handle weekly post and online donation entries on the CRM system.
* Manage and file donor tax claim documentation accurately.
* Liaise with third-party fundraisers and record data received.
* Assist with monitoring and reporting on fundraising campaign performance.
* Support payment reconciliation and other administrative tasks as required.
About You
You will have:
* Minimum
2 years' experience
in an administrative or customer service role.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
* Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
and general computer literacy.
* Experience with
Salesforce CRM
(desirable).
* A positive, team-oriented approach and a genuine interest in people and service.
