Operations Coordinator
This position oversees and leads the efficient movement of materials to and from a construction site. It involves managing storage areas on-site, coordinating deliveries, and liaising with subcontractors.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery operations.
* Manage inventory levels and optimize storage space.
* Develop and implement logistics strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Monitor and control traffic flow on-site.
* Communicate effectively with team members and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years' experience in a similar role on a large-scale construction site
* Proven leadership skills and experience of managing a team.
* Practical knowledge of inventory management, transportation logistics, and supply chain coordination.
* Certification in AP Crane and Temp Works is advantageous
