Responsibilities Engage with and enable our customers and key decision-makers, delivering a connected customer engagement experience and driving customer satisfaction through digital sales excellence, empowered by world-class data, marketing systems, and platforms. Orchestrate the sales process and customer journey leveraging the Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology to increase win rates and customer satisfaction. Scale by co-selling with selected partners, leading the sales process for key opportunities, and supporting partners for other opportunities. Envision industry-aligned, customer-centric solutions with business value insights, working with a pursuit team of technically skilled workload experts and partners. Build pipeline by leading with industry insights, using digital signals to prospect, network, identify, engage, and nurture relationships with the right BDMs; align and gain account team commitment; integrate into cross-solution sales motions; and execute discipline in lead management, opportunity qualification, opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and deal commitment, while maintaining high customer engagement across digital signals and opportunities. Share best practices, learnings, and customer insights with stakeholder groups to elevate team capabilities and drive change based on insights.
Work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment with account executives, solution specialists, technical resources, and partner teams. Leverage the Microsoft partner ecosystem to scale and complement solution selling. Qualifications Fluent in German and English. Excellent communication skills. Passionate about achieving sales goals. Demonstrated technology-related sales or account management experience OR a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, along with relevant experience OR equivalent experience.
