We are hiring for our client, a top-tier law firm, to recruit a Finance Lawyer – General Finance to join a market-leading finance practice in Ireland. This Finance Lawyer – General Finance role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most complex, high-value finance transactions in the market, advising a broad client base that includes domestic and international financial institutions, alternative lenders, investment funds and corporate borrowers.
The successful Finance Lawyer – General Finance will join a highly collaborative and fast-paced team, gaining exposure across a wide range of finance mandates while benefiting from excellent technical development and long-term career progression.

The Role
- Advise on corporate lending, including sustainability-linked facilities
- Work on leveraged and acquisition finance transactions
- Act on real estate and development finance matters
- Support fund finance arrangements and direct lending transactions
- Assist with loan portfolio sales
- Advise financial institutions and alternative lenders on lending products
The Person
- Qualified solicitor with 1–3 years' relevant finance experience
- Strong academic background and attention to detail
- Commercially astute with excellent communication skills
- Team-focused with the ability to manage competing priorities
