Transforming Core Banking: A Leader's Role
We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead large-scale releases in our multi-million dollar Core Banking transformation. This ambitious project aims to enable our clients' digital ambitions and provide best-in-class services.
Our delivery ethos is centered around being 'agile for the Customer'. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with internal IT specialists and external partners to drive this project forward through all phases of our Delivery Framework (Discover, Define, Design, Deliver, Deploy, and Operate).
You will work closely with Business and Service Assurance teams to ensure a seamless transition into our customers' environments with zero disruption. Additionally, you will engage with our clients' IT communities to drive improvements throughout the delivery lifecycle and optimize business outcomes.
Requirements:
1. 7+ years of experience in enterprise technology and transformational change, preferably in Core Banking delivery.
2. Strong communication skills, enabling you to explain technical issues and strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences at senior levels.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, including collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation.
4. Familiarity with Commercial Lending, Consumer Lending, Mortgages, Current Accounts, Deposit Accounts & Multi-Currency Accounts would be advantageous.
5. A broad understanding of Application, Information, and Infrastructure technologies and practices.
6. Project and programme management planning and organizational skills.
