Role: Customer Service Specialist

Location: Quantum Distribution Park, Newtown, Dublin 11

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:30

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and eager to develop your career in logistics? We're looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Dublin 11. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our bonded warehouse and transport operations, ensuring smooth coordination, effective communication, and a consistently high standard of service to both internal and external customers.

What will you be doing?

* Coordinate outbound shipments with customers, transport providers, and customs.
* Manage customer queries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information.
* Maintain detailed shipment records, reports, and database entries to ensure full traceability.
* Collaborate closely with operational teams to support customer requirements and resolve issues.
* Ensure all customer interactions align with company service standards and compliance procedures.
* Monitor service performance and escalate any issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
* Participate in internal meetings and contribute ideas for process and service improvements.
* Support wider team initiatives to enhance efficiency and communication within the department.

About You

* Experience in a customer service or administrative role (logistics background an advantage but not essential).
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
* High attention to detail with strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Confident working with systems, data entry, and reporting tools.
* Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
* Flexible, proactive, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced operation.
* Professional, approachable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
