Senior District Manager Role
Our business is looking for an experienced professional to take on the role of Senior District Manager. This position involves managing a district with line manager responsibility for all store managers within your district. You will be responsible for creating and implementing annual business plans for your district, planning KPIs and store staffing structure, and supporting the implementation of our company strategy in your district.

Management of a District:
Manage a district with line manager responsibility for all store managers within your district.
Planning and Strategy:
Create and implement annual business plans for your district.
Plan KPIs and store staffing structure for your district.
Supporting Projects:
Support the implementation of our company strategy in your district.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills. You should also have a full driving licence and previous experience in a fast-paced environment. As a leader, you will be required to motivate and lead a team, develop and support store managers, and provide regular feedback.
What We Offer
We are offering a competitive salary package including a starting salary of €74,000 for a Trainee Area Manager, rising up to €114,000 after 3 years.
