What You'll Be Doing
Own the commercial function across multiple large-scale projects
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost plans to ensure financial targets are met
Lead procurement strategies, contract negotiations, and subcontractor management
Provide commercial insight and reporting to senior leadership
Identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and industry standards
Support tendering and bid submissions for future pipeline work
What You'll Bring
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field
8–10+ years' experience in commercial roles within the construction industry
Proven success managing the commercial aspects of large, complex projects
Strong knowledge of contract forms (RIAI, FIDIC, NEC, etc.)
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
Proficiency in cost management tools and Microsoft Office
