We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Device Technician. This is a 12-month contract opportunity located in Dublin, Ireland.
This role is based at our state-of-the-art pharmaceutical facility, where you will be working on various equipment and systems. Your primary responsibilities will include preparation and operation of moulding and ancillary equipment, automated assembly and ancillary equipment, Pad Printing and ancillary equipment, and manual assembly and ancillary equipment.
You will also be responsible for troubleshooting day-to-day manufacturing issues, completing quality checks, achieving production quality targets, supplying materials to operations and equipment in a timely and safe manner, labeling and packing of components and finished products, operating Coordinate measuring equipment, and other advanced metrology equipment.
In addition, you will participate in divisional project teams for New Product Introduction and Improvement Projects, resetting equipment as necessary, team coordination to maximize effectiveness, documentation of activities in line with GMP requirements, cross-training within the team, and training of new members.
Applicants must possess a Leaving Certificate or equivalent, and have relevant work experience. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is required.
