Overview The company currently wishes to recruit a highly skilled, motivated and driven individual to manage the Dunbia Dungannon Retail Maintenance Team.

Reporting directly to the NI Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for: Responsibilities Managing, planning and coordinating workloads and projects to maintain highest standards possible Managing the performance of a multi-disciplinary team which works across 3 shifts Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed and adhered to Build strong relationships with both internal and external customers Ensuring preventative and reactive maintenance programs are followed to reduce downtime Controlling the costs within the department Operationally focused on delivering results Qualifications Essential Criteria 5 years recent experience within a similar role in a maintenance environment, preferably within a food/meat manufacturing industry.
