Working Hours
Working hours are Monday to Sunday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. You will work 5 days per week, with your rota spread across 7 days and including required weekends.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our Ecommerce Operations Team. This is a fulfilment-focused role that involves picking, packing, and processing jewellery orders with precision and care. You will work in a secure, fast-paced environment where attention to detail is crucial, especially when handling delicate items. Accuracy and responsibility in fulfilling orders are key to ensuring a smooth customer experience.
What to expect from the role
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately pick and pack orders
* Perform quality checks on jewellery pieces before shipping to ensure they meet standards
* Process orders using warehouse management systems and fulfilment software
* Label and prepare parcels for courier dispatch, adhering to packaging guidelines
* Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or low inventory
* Assist in stock replenishment and regular inventory counts
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse environment
* Follow all health, safety, and security procedures, particularly in handling valuable items
* Collaborate with Customer Service team
* Handle returns within company guidelines
* Any adhoc duties as requested by management
Key Skills & Attributes:
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
* Prior experience in a fulfilment or warehouse role (preferred but not required)
* Physically fit and able to be on your feet for extended periods
