An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented Senior Employment Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join a leading international law firm as they continue to expand their Dublin presence.
This is a key strategic hire, offering the chance to play a pivotal role in developing and growing the firm’s Dublin employment practice. Working closely with an established UK and international employment team, this position offers genuine progression potential – including a clear pathway to partnership for the right individual.
The Role
You’ll advise a range of high‑profile local and international clients on both contentious and non‑contentious matters, including:
* Complex WRC and Labour Court litigation
* Discrimination, whistleblowing, equal pay, and contingent worker disputes
* Employment aspects of corporate transactions, reorganisations, and outsourcing projects
* Day‑to‑day HR and employee relations advice across multiple sectors
You’ll work collaboratively with senior partners and have the autonomy to manage your own caseload, while also mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of the practice.
About You
* 5+ years PQE in employment law
* Experience across both contentious and advisory matters
* Strong client management skills and commercial awareness
* Ambitious, proactive, and motivated by the opportunity to build and lead within a growing practice
