Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Assistant located in Galway. The Accounts Assistant will handle day-to-day financial operations, including credit control, managing petty cash, and supporting accounting tasks. The role involves communication with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth management of financial processes, assisting with reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work within a team to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
* Skills in Credit Control and managing Petty Cash
* Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
* Strong Communication skills for liaising with team members and clients
* Proficiency with financial software and systems is beneficial
* Ability to work in an on-site team environment in Galway
* Relevant experience or a qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
