Dromoland Castle, one of Ireland's most iconic 5-star resorts, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our prestigious team. Role Overview:
As Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of 5-star service across all castle dining outlets including and will work closely with the Food and Beverage Management Team to ensure daily operations run efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of guest service and attention to detail:
* Fine Dining Restaurant
* Room Service
* Afternoon Tea
* Private Dining Events
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the F&B team in the daily management
* Take ownership of specific areas within the department (e.g., Restaurant, Room Service)
* Deliver service in a hands-on and proactive manner
* Ensure the highest level of personalised guest service
* Foster open communication with Senior Management and Department Heads
* Lead and conduct regular operational training for team members
* Uphold and exceed all service standards in line with 5-star expectations
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Available to start no later than Start / Mid August 2025
* 3rd-level qualification in Hotel Management or related discipline
* Proven experience in 4 or 5-star hospitality environments with strong F&B background
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong leadership and team motivation capabilities
* Impeccable attention to detail and a passion for excellence
* Fluent English speaker essential
