Job Title: Experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator

Due to the on-site nature of this role, applicants are required to live within a 30km commuting distance of M7 Motorpark,Naas, Co. Kildare, W91 XR20.
Salary: €32,000 - €40,000 per year (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a determined, hardworking, and honest professional with proven knowledge of motor dealership sales administration, who is looking to build a long-term career with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the end-to-end vehicle processing cycle.
Vehicle invoicing and handling credit notes.
Coordinating vehicle swaps and new vehicle ordering.
Managing vehicle registration and resolving related issues.
Processing SEAI grants.
Utilising Dealer Management System (DMS) software efficiently.
Ensuring accuracy and compliance in all administrative tasks.
Person Specification:
Proven experience in a motor dealership sales administration role.
Proficiency with Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
A determined, hardworking, and reliable attitude.
