If youre the Customer Services Managerwere looking for youll be:
* Commercially savvy with a track record in implementing systems & processes to improve business efficiency.
* Be very focused on delivering for the customer.
* A good team player and leader of people.
* Have a passion for financial analysis of the performance of our field staff and how to present and understand how the performance impacts profit & loss.
* An excellent planner and communicator with the ability to present detailed information in a clear and accurate format
* A responsible, respectful, reliable, hard-working team leader and team player
* Friendly, confident, positive and customer-focused
* Experienced for at least 5 years in an office environment with a track record in people and operations management. Facilities Management or other building knowledge is essential.
Experience counts, but most of all youve got to have passion, responsibility and pride in what you do. You will only accept the best performance from yourself and your team. The main purpose of this role is to enable the profitable growth of Phasor by bringing efficiencies to our Reactive Maintenance and Planned Preventive Maintenance departments and help the improve the transfer of financial information from Operations to Accounts. Your work will include managing the team of Customer Service Admins and Account Managers ensuring that all jobs are being organised efficiently and in a timely manner. It will involve producing weekly reports and improving systems and processes. It will also involve developing relationships with new and existing customers. On the people manangement side you will be responsible for managing a team of 8 people so promoting a positive culture, having weekly 1:1s & team meetings are an important part of the job.
We will also need to expand on our base of sub-contractors nationwide as increasingly many of our customers are based all over Ireland. You will work closely with our MD, Project Managers, Accounts Department and Operations Team.

Reporting to our Operations Director, you will have considerable autonomy. This role will particularly suit a Customer Services Manager who understands how profit is made, has a strong track record in process and system improvement with great leadership qualities and is looking for an opportunity to be part of a growing and successful business where building a team counts and we really take pride in the quality of work we deliver to our clients.
