Fleet Services Executive - Renewals & Orders Dublin, Ireland | Full-Time | Fully onsite for training and then hybrid Working Options Available Are you a detail-driven and customer-focused professional looking to grow your career in vehicle operations or customer support? We're hiring a Fleet Services Executive - Renewals & Orders to join a busy operations team supporting the renewal process for existing clients across a fleet and vehicle management environment. You'll play a key role in coordinating quotations and processing orders for replacement and additional vehicles, acting as the link between drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure every renewal runs smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Manage the full renewal process for vehicle-related contracts, from preparing quotations through to coordinating delivery. Accurately produce quotes for new vehicles based on customer needs and current specifications. Maintain and update vehicle grade lists for existing clients to ensure accuracy and consistency. Liaise with internal departments to meet client expectations and ensure a high level of service. Ensure all documentation is completed, filed, and processed according to company standards. Support improvements to systems and processes that help streamline day-to-day operations. Take part in projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing team efficiency and the customer experience. Keep client data and records accurate and up to date across systems. What We're Looking For Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over your work. Solid numerical and analytical skills - confidence with pricing and quoting is essential. Previous experience in an administrative, operational, or customer support role (ideally in a fleet, transport, logistics, or similar environment). Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. A flexible, solutions-oriented mindset and a team player approach.
