Avena Leisure - Supervisor -We are looking for a motivated, hands-on individual who brings energy, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn and grow within the business. This role offers real responsibility and variety, with full ownership of all morning and afternoon operational challenges / tasks. These include maintaining pool water quality, monitoring and operating dosing systems, ensuring all safety procedures are upheld to the highest standards, and maintaining exceptional hygiene practices.Throughout the day, you will confidently manage multiple responsibilities, deliver an outstanding customer experience and be a positive presence within the club.
