Red Chair Recruitment are presently recruiting for a Graduate Environmental Consultant join our client's team in a hybrid capacity in County Roscommon. You will support projects assessing and managing environmental impacts, conduct site surveys, collect and analyze data, and assist in preparing reports for planning and compliance. You will research environmental regulations, help develop mitigation strategies, and liaise with clients and stakeholders. The role involves learning on-the-job while contributing to sustainable solutions and project delivery. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to key projects while maintaining a flexible working arrangement. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations within the department Develop, implement, and monitor project plans to ensure timely delivery Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive initiatives Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required Provide support and guidance to team members to achieve departmental goals Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement Assist in problem-solving and provide recommendations to optimize workflows Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies As this is a graduate position, a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Ecology, Geography, Sustainability, or a related field is essential. Additional qualifications such as GIS, environmental impact assessment (EIA) training, or health & safety qualifications are highly sought.
