Redwood Recruitment is delighted to partner with a global fund administrator as they seek to hire a Manager to join their Financial Reporting team.
Reporting to the Director, you will act as a trusted partner to clients, auditors, and vendors, ensuring accurate and timely reporting while leading a high-performing team.
Our client is based in Dublin City Center and operate a hybrid work model with two days per week in the office.
What you'll do
* Serve as the go-to contact for day-to-day reporting matters.
* Lead and review financial reporting deliverables, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and client service.
* Manage resource planning, team workload, and deadlines.
* Build strong client relationships and provide trusted support.
* Mentor, coach, and develop team members.
What you'll bring
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field plus professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CFA).
* Strong technical skills, with advanced Excel
proficiency.
* Solid knowledge of fund administration and financial reporting standards (FRS 102, US GAAP, Lux GAAP, IFRS).
