VineBrook Homes is an internally managed real estate investment company focused on acquiring, renovating, leasing, and operating single-family homes as rental properties. Since 2007, we have been a pioneer in the Single-Family Rental (SFR) asset class, aiming to expand our portfolio from approximately 15,000 to over 25,000 homes.
We are seeking a qualified Residential Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance on our single-family homes. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Job Responsibilities
* Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
* Provide excellent customer service at all times.
* Document work performed using smartphones and tablets provided by the company.
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* HVAC certification (preferred but not required).
* 2-5 years of experience in maintenance.
* Proficiency with smartphones and computers.
* Own tools (larger/specialized equipment provided by us).
* Valid driver’s license.
* Pass a motor vehicle, drug, credit, and criminal background check.
