Technical Support Specialist
Provide technical support and services for a fast-paced organisation.
Main Responsibilities:
* Offer on-site and remote IT assistance via various communication channels.
* Visit client sites to diagnose, resolve hardware, networking, and software issues promptly.
* Maintain and administer desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices efficiently.
* Manage Microsoft 365, Windows environments, Azure, and Active Directory effectively.
* Troubleshoot critical business applications and core IT systems swiftly.
* Administer user account provisioning, updates, and patch management processes smoothly.
* Document incidents, solutions, and technical changes accurately and professionally.
* Elevate complex technical issues to senior engineers or external vendors when necessary.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with users.
