Regional Manager
Overview of the Position:
As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing the establishment and delivery of services in compliance with company policies, resource allocation, service plan targets, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the development and implementation of service plans to ensure high-quality service delivery within available resources.
* Provide leadership and support to staff in delivering services consistent with our Model of Person-Centred Care and Support.
* Collaborate with operational managers to deliver and govern service provision, ensuring safety and quality of service.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require a strong understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to disability services, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Degree in Social Work or related field.
* Proven experience in management and leadership roles.
* Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
