Based in our city centre Ringsend office, Howden Ireland are delighted to have a vacancy as a receptionist on a permanent basis for the Howden business that will be an integral part of our wider Operations team.
About the role: Reporting to the Operations manager for Howden your overall function will be to operate the switchboard efficiently providing a fast and effective phone delivery service to our operations.
Key Responsibilities: Provide a full Switchboard operating service, answering incoming calls for three offices and dealing with telephone queries from callers Redirecting calls to the relevant department as efficiently as possible Meeting room calendar management Front desk reception, meeting and greeting all clients in a professional manner Answering all incoming calls and forwarding to appropriate teams if necessary Handling incoming and outgoing post, including DX post Catering for internal meeting To assist in the maintenance of daily record of staff/directors who are out of the office during the day for H
