This is an opportunity to join a growing team that is leading the design, development, and delivery of cloud-hosted services and applications for our customers. The successful candidate will help us build foundational systems that improve developer and customer experiences alike.Key Responsibilities:Monitor Cloud Infrastructure:Oversee the performance of cloud infrastructure and applications, ensuring optimal operation and uptime.Automate Operational Processes:Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline operational tasks and enhance efficiency.Security Best Practices:Ensure adherence to security protocols and best practices across all cloud operations.CI/CD Pipeline Management:Manage and develop Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to facilitate seamless software delivery.Incident Management:Lead incident triage, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to resolve operational issues swiftly.Monitoring and Alerting Systems:Build and enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively detect and resolve issues.Collaboration:Work closely with development teams to understand application requirements and optimize cloud resources accordingly.Required Qualifications:Experience:Minimum of 7 years in cloud operations and automation, with a strong background in managing cloud environments.Cloud Expertise:Proficient in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Microsoft Azure, including experience with Access Control, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Control Tower.Programming Skills:Strong coding abilities in languages such as Python, TypeScript, or Go for automation tasks.Monitoring Tools:Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like AWS CloudWatch, GuardDuty, Security Hub.Security Knowledge:Familiarity with security and compliance practices in cloud environments.Preferred Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Certifications:Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or similar.Team Leadership:Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading technical initiatives.What We Offer:A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Competitive compensation and benefits package.If you have a solid background in software engineering and are passionate about cloud technologies, we’d like to meet you.
