Our client is looking to hire a Corporate Actions Analyst – Swedish Language, a key role at the heart of transforming how global corporate events are identified, analyzed, and delivered. In an increasingly complex financial landscape, this position is vital to ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate, and actionable corporate event data that empowers clients to make informed decisions with confidence. Our client covers a wide spectrum of equity-related corporate events—from dividends and rights offerings to spin-offs and shareholder meetings—across global markets and asset classes, including funds. What You’ll Do
* Enhance Data Quality: Use your analytical skills to onboard, maintain, and validate corporate actions data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Become a Subject Matter Expert: Deepen your expertise across a wide range of corporate events and financial instruments.
* Support Global Clients: Collaborate with our renowned client support team to resolve complex inquiries and deliver exceptional service.
* Drive Innovation: Identify workflow improvements and partner with engineering teams to implement smart, tech-driven solutions.
* Shape the Future: Contribute to the strategic direction of our product by working closely with product development and engineering teams.
* Lead Data Projects: Take ownership of large-scale, high-impact data initiatives that influence our global offering.
Job Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
* A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent experience.
* Fluency in English and one of the following:Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset.
* A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for problem-solving.
* Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Solid understanding of corporate finance and financial markets.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
