About the Role:
We're looking for a Part time jounior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. In this role you'll maintain high food standards, and support a positive team environment. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with menu planning and development.
* Maintain high standards in food preparation, presentation, and portion control.
* Support ongoing training and quality improvement.
* Take part in sustainability efforts (energy, water, waste).
* Help create a positive, motivated team culture.
* Keep up to date with food trends and cross-promotion opportunities.
* Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are met.
Candidate Requirements:
* Relevant culinary qualification.
* 2+ years' experience in a busy 3/4* kitchen.
* 5+ years' overall kitchen experience.
* Knowledge of systems.
* Strong attention to detail and a passion for great food and service.
* Good communication skills (fluent English).
* Commitment to sustainability and waste reduction.
* Positive attitude and calm under pressure.
